Toast Hawaii from the pizza oven
Ingredients:

Scheibe Ananas, aus der Dose

tinned pineapple slices

teaspoons butter
130 grams ham

slices processed cheese

slices toast
Preparation:
1.
Slightly toast the bread for Toast Hawaii. Drain the tinned pineapple slices well.

2. Butter the toast and garnish each with ham and a slice of pineapple. Then cover with cheese.

3. Place toast onto a baking tray covered with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 degrees
until the cheese has melted.
Appenzeller cheese fl an from the pizza oven
Ingredients:
For the dough:
300 g
fl our
100 g
butter
1 tsp
salt
100 ml
water
For the topping:
250 g
Appenzeller cheese
50 g
onions
20 g
butter
2
eggs
150 g
cream
1/2 tsp
ground aniseed
1/2 tsp
ground coriander
Salt and pepper
10 g
butter to grease the baking dish
Preparation:
Sieve the fl our, add fl akes of cold butter, sprinkle salt and add cold water. Quickly knead to short
pastry. Keep the dough in a cool place for ca. 30 minutes. Grate the cheese and dice the onion for the
topping. Fry the onion until golden and allow to cool. Beat the eggs into the cream and add the grated
cheese, onion, aniseed and coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Lightly grease a tart dish
(ca. 30 cm). Roll out the short pastry to form a thin base and place in the dish. Pull the edge of the
pastry up slightly and prick the pastry with a fork a number of times. Pour the cheese mixture onto the
pastry, spread out well and bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for ca. 25-30 minutes. The fl an is best
eaten hot.
