    4 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN DER BEDIENER MUSS/DARF Alle Bewegungen der Maschine und der Ladung UNTER SICHTKON- TROLLE HALTEN und innerhalb des typischen Arbeitsbereichs der Funkfernsteuerung bleiben. Sich so POSITIONIEREN, dass die direkte Sicht des Systems “Ma- schine+Funkfernsteuerung” und der Ladung optimal gegeben ist. Vor Arbeitsbeginn immer SICHERSTELLEN, dass der STOP-Druckta- ste mechanisch einwandfrei funktioniert: sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, die Funkfernsteuerung nicht verwenden.

    5 WARTUNGSANWEISUNGEN WÄHREND ALLER WARTUNGSARBEITEN SICHER- STELLEN, DASS DIE BATTERIE AUS DER SENDE- EINHEIT GENOMMEN WIRD. Alle Kontroll- und Wartungseingriffe der Funkfernsteuerung werden vom Verantwortlichen für die Wartung der Maschine überprüft und registriert. Die Wartung gemäß der in diesem Handbuch aufgeführten Anweisungen ist wesentlicher Bestandteil für das sichere Funktionieren der Funkfernsteue- rung.

    8 PROGRAMMIERUNG Die Programmierung der DIP-Schalter muss mit der Sendeeinheit ohne Batterie und darf nur von autorisiertem Personal durchgeführt werden. Sollte die Sendeeinheit nicht korrekt geschlossen werden, kann die Dichtheit und somit der Schutzgrad gegen Staub und Wasser beein- trächtigt werden. Für einen korrekten Betrieb der 8 DIP-Schalter (ausgenommen DIP 1) in den Funkmodulen E16STXEU_ (Sendeeinheit) und E16SRXEU_ (Empfangseinheit) müssen sie gleich eingestellt werden.

    9 FEHLERSUCHE SENDEEINHEIT Sollte sich das System "Funkfernsteuerung + Maschine" nicht einschalten, ist zu überprü- fen, ob das Problem die Funkfernsteuerung oder die Maschine betrifft. Aus diesem Grund vor jeder Kontrolle mit der Kabelsteuerung sicherstellen, dass die Maschine funktioniert: - wenn sie sich nicht einschaltet, betrifft das Problem die Maschine selbst - wenn sich die Maschine einschaltet, betrifft das Problem die Funkfernsteuerung.
