DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La Nordica si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    - rOSEtta Bii - rOSEtta S iniStra Durante la pulizia bisogna togliere dalla cucina il tronchetto di scarico fumi e il tubo fumi. Il vano di raccolta dei fumi può essere pulito dalla parte frontale del forno (vedi cap. PULIZIA VANO RACCOLTA FUMI CUCINE) oppure dall’alto. A tale scopo rimuovere i cerchi e la piastra di cottura e smontare il tubo fumi dal tronchetto di scarico.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The fire cookers of La NORDICA are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system.     • Um die Reinigung und die Wartung des Produktes und des Rauchabzugs zu ermöglichen, muss die Installation geeignet sein. La NORDICA S.p.A. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurden. Sollten die Rauchabzüge einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzen, sind die Innenkanten mit einem Radius von nicht weniger als 20 mm abzurunden. Beim rechteckigen Querschnitt muss das maximale Verhältnis zwischen den Seiten ≤ 1,5 betragen.

    - rOSEtta Bii - rOSEtta S iniStra 12.12. HERDPLATTE UND RINGE AUS GUSSEISEN WICHTIG: Lassen Sie keine Töpfe oder Pfannen auf dem kalten Rahmen. Dies würde die Bildung von unästhetischen Rostflecken führen, welche schwer zu entfernen sind! Die Herdplatte aus Gusseisen und die Ringe aus Gusseisen müssen regelmäßig 150-Schleifpapier geschliffen werden (Achtung nicht die emaillierten Teile).

LES FAIENCES (où présent) Les faïences La NORDICA sont des produits de haute fabrication artisanale et comme tels, elles peuvent présenter de très petits grumeaux, des craquelures et des imperfections chromatiques. Ces caractéristiques sont la preuve de leur grande valeur. L’émail et la faïence, pour leur différent coefficient de dilatation, produisent des microfissures (craquelure) qui en démontrent l’authenticité.

El espacio de recogida de humos se puede limpiar desde el frente del horno (ver Cap. LIMPIEZA DEL ESPACIO DE RECOGIDA DE HUMOS) o desde la parte superior. Para ello, quitar los aros y la placa de cocción y desmontar el conducto de humos desde el tubo de descarga de humos.
