  • Page 5 Il generatore mobile può essere utilizzato solo su pavimenti ignifughi. - DISTANZA DI SICUREZZA: 2 metri da pareti o da oggetti. Il generatore non deve essere usato in locali contenenti polveri esplosive, fumi gas combustibili liquidi e materiali infiammabili. - Il bruciatore deve essere pulito regolarmente se viene utilizzato in ambienti polverosi.
  • Page 6 Si è curato particolarmente l'aspetto funzionale in modo da semplificarne il più possibile l'uso. Il generatore mobile d'aria calda modello INDIRECT, anch'esso con le varie potenzialità caloriche, oltre alle funzioni di asciugatura ed essicatura si presta particolarmente per il riscaldamento di qualsiasi ambiente civile, agricolo-industriale chiuso. Tutti i settori interessati per qualsiasi forma di riscaldamento trovano con i vari modelli la loro logica ed ottimale soluzione.

    Non avviare il generatore senza gasolio: nonostante l'intevento dell'apparecchiatura di controllo di fiamma, la pompa gasolio rischierebbe di grippare. Utilizzare esclusivamente il combustibile indicato sulla targhetta contenente i dati tecnici della macchina. N.B. Non aggiungere al combustibile indicato benzine o altri solventi; in caso di impiego a temperature particolarmente rigide usare i combustibili additivati comunemente reperibili in commercio.
  • Page 8 6.2 Arresto (senza termostato ambiente) - Portare l'interruttore sulla posizione OFF. - Si arresta la combustione e il ventilatore continuerà a raffreddare la parte interna generatore. In questa fase il funzionamento del ventilatore potrà essere continuo o intermittente fino al completo raffreddamento, rilevato dall'intervento del termostato di post- raffreddamento situato a bordo della caldaia.
  • Page 9 Procedere come segue: - Staccare tubo gasolio; - Sfilare fotocellula e cavi HT dagli elettrodi; - Svitare le quattro viti che fissano la testina alla caldaia (la testina completa viene asportata); - Allentare le due viti: tutta la parte interna della testina si sfila, rimane solo il corpo cilindrico e il boccaglio conico accessibile per la pulizia.

This handbook contains standards covering safety, operation and maintenance for the INDIRECT - DIRECT mobile hot air generators. Keep this handbook for ready reference and in good condition: together with the spare parts list, it provides important information in the event of necessity or upkeep.

DIRECT - Direct hot air generator with dilution of combustion products in the flow of heated air. Systems of very sturdy construction, comprising: COMBUSTION HEAD, to an design, manufactured using precision engineering operations. The head is fitted with air adjustment fins which can be set easily and efficiently through a graduated scale.

    5.1 Electrical Connection Before starting the unit, make sure that the mains electricity supply corresponds to the supply value indicate on the label affixed to the machine. - Mains connection must conform to applicable standards, with a properly functioning earth (ground) connection. Call in a skilled electrician to fit a high sensitivity differential switch with a 30 mA or lower tripping threshold.
  • Page 15 6.3 Start (with environment thermostat) -The unit is pre-set for connection to an environment thermostat (not supplied as standard). -Connection should be made using the plug on the control panel. -Having set the environment thermostat, place the switch to AUT. To halt the generator, operate either the main switch or the environment thermostat.

  • Page 29 6.2 Ausschalten (ohne Raumthermostat) -.Den Schalter auf die Position OFF stellen. - Der Verbrennungsvorgang wird unterbrochen und der Ventilator kühlt weiterhin das Geräteinnere ab. In dieser Phase kann der Ventilator ununterbrochen oder in Abständen funktionieren, bis zur kompletten Abkühlung, die von dem Thermostat zur Anzeige der Nachabkühlung, das sich am Gehäuse des Gerätes befindet, angezeigt wird.
