Install the escutcheons with o-rings.
Install the red and blue color rings.
Install the white plastic handle snap connectors with
the screws.
Press the handle firmly over the snap connector and
push firmly downwards.
Place the spout assembly with sealing ring on the
mounting surface. Install the fiber washer, metal
washer, and mounting nut.
Make sure that the spout assembly stands straight.
Tighten the tensioning screws.
