MONTAJE DEL PROTECTOR DE SEGURIDAD Retire los dos pernos y la placa de fijación del protector deflector con una llave Allen y déjelo todo a un lado. Coloque el protector deflector sobre el cabezal del engranaje. Fije el protector en su lugar con los dos pernos que antes puso a un lado, utilizando la llave Allen. Coloque la cuchilla en el protector i fíjela con los dos tornillos. -

Cuando coincidan fíjelos con ayuda de la llave en forma de L adjunta (1). Coloque la parte inferior del carrete sobre el soporte interior situado en eje del cabezal.
- Page 13 INSTALACIÓN DEL CARRETE SEMIAUTOMÁTICO Coloque el soporte interior en el eje y hágalo girar hasta que coincidan los orificios del eje y el soporte. Cuando coincidan fíjelos con ayuda de la llave en forma de L adjunta (1). Enrosque el carrete semiautomático manualmente al eje en sentido antihorario. CARGA DEL CARRETE SEMIAUTOMÁTICO Retire el carrete de corte de césped del eje motriz girando en sentido horario.

USO DEL PRODUCTO INSTRUCCIONES DE MEZCLADO Introduzca en un bidón de combustible la mitad de la gasolina que va a consumir. Añada el aceite sintético para motores de dos tiempos. Cierre el bidón y agítelo con fuerza para mezclar la gasolina con el aceite. DETENCIÓN DEL MOTOR ATENCIÓN: La herramienta de corte puede continuar rotando una vez apagado el motor. Enfríe el motor dejándolo rodar al ralentí durante 2 o 3 minutos. Acompañe el botón de arranque hasta la posición Stop o 0. AJUSTE DEL CARBURADOR ATENCIÓN: La herramienta de corte nunca debe rotar con el motor en ralentí. -

MANTENIMIENTO Un buen mantenimiento alargará la vida útil de la máquina. El uso prolongado o constante puede requerir un mantenimiento más intensivo para que la máquina continúe funcionando adecuadamente. CUCHILLA Las cuchillas deben ser revisadas regularmente. Las cuchillas desafiladas reducirán el rendimiento de trabajo y causarán un daño a la máquina. Afilar cada extremo de la cuchilla y asegurarse de que la esquina inferior es redondeada. No enfriar la cuchilla con agua ya que puede rajarse. CAJA DE ENGRANAJES Engrase la caja de engranajes cada 25 horas de uso. -

LAME Les lames doivent être contrôlées régulièrement. Les lames émoussées réduisent les performances de travail et endommagent la machine. Aiguisez chaque extrémité de la lame et assurez-vous que le coin inférieur est arrondi. Ne pas refroidir la lame avec de l’eau, car elle risque de se fissurer. MONTAGGIO DELLE BARRE Passi da seguire: Rilasciare la maniglia di bloccaggio (2) finché la barra degli accessori non scatta delicatamente in dentro. - Page 48 MONTAGGIO DELLA PROTEZIONE DI SICUREZZA Rimuovere i due bulloni e il deflettore con una chiave a brugola e metterli da parte. Quando si abbinano, fissarli con l’aiuto della chiave a L in dotazione (1). Avvitare manualmente la bobina semiautomatica sull’asse in senso antiorario. CARICAMENTO SEMIAUTOMATICO DELLA BOBINA Rimuovere il carrello tosaerba dall’albero motore ruotando in senso orario.

USO DEL PRODOTTO ISTRUZIONI PER LA MISCELAZIONE Mettere metà della benzina che si intende utilizzare in una bombola di combustibile. Aggiungere l’olio sintetico per i motori a due tempi. Chiudere il contenitore e agitarlo bene per miscelare la benzina con l’olio. Aggiungere il resto della benzina e scuotere di nuovo il tamburo. -

Estendere il motore spostando la leva di avviamento e portandola in posizione “chiusa” ( POSICIONES DE CONTROL (MOTOR CALIENTE) Far scorrere il pulsante di avviamento nella posizione “I” (Avvio). Portare la leva dell’acceleratore in posizione “aperta” ( AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE ATTENZIONE: Durante l’avviamento del motore, assicurarsi che l’attrezzo di taglio non si trovi vicino ad altre persone, animali o oggetti. -

SPEGNERE IL MOTORE ATTENZIONE: L’utensile da taglio può continuare a ruotare anche dopo aver spento il motore. Raffreddare il motore lasciandolo girare al minimo per 2-3 minuti. Seguire il pulsante di avvio fino alla posizione Stop o 0. REGOLAZIONE DEL CARBURATORE ATTENZIONE: L’utensile da taglio non deve mai ruotare con il motore al minimo. -

MANUTENZIONE Una buona manutenzione prolunga la vita utile della macchina. Un uso prolungato o costante può richiedere una manutenzione più intensa per il corretto funzionamento della macchina. ATTENZIONE: Accertarsi che il motore sia completamente spento prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione o riparazione. Ciò eliminerà qualsiasi rischio potenziale. Page 57: Identificazione E Soluzione Dei Problemi
LAMA Le lame devono essere controllate regolarmente. L’uso di lame smussate riduce le prestazioni di lavoro e danneggia la macchina. Affilare ogni estremità della lama e assicurarsi che l’angolo inferiore è arrotondato. Non raffreddare la lama con acqua perché potrebbe rompersi. SCATOLA INGRANAGGI Ingrassare il riduttore ogni 25 ore di utilizzo. -
