    Umreifungsgerät darf ausschließlich für die vorgenannte Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung benutzt werden. Das Umreifen mit Kunststoffband ist mit diesem Gerät nicht möglich. Das PKE-HD verbindet die fortschrittliche Hülsenlos-Technologie mit den Vorteilen kraftsparender Pneumatik. Das PKE-HD basiert auf dem bewährten manuellen Umreifungsgerät HKE mit speziellen, patentierten Verschluss Mechanik.

    2.2 Gewährleistung & Haftung Die TITAN Umreifungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG gewährt auf alle von Ihr verkauften Umreifungsgeräte eine Garantie für die Dauer von 6 Monaten. Die Garantie umfasst alle Mängel die nachweisbar auf mangelnde Fertigung oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen sind.

    Inbetriebnahme Umreifungsgerät PKE-HD mit beiliegender Schnellkupplung an das Druckluftnetz anschließen. Max. Luftdruck (siehe technische Daten). Wichtig: Dieses Gerät darf nur in Verbindung mit einer Druckluft- Wartungseinheit, bestehend aus Druckminderer, Wasserabscheider und Öler betrieben werden.     Bedienung 1. TITAN Verpackungsstahlband von oben um das Packstück legen. 2. Bandende so weit durchziehen, bis es in der Mitte des Packstückes unter dem Oberband liegt und eine Handlänge hervor ragt. 3. Mit linken Hand beide exakt übereinanderliegenden Bänder festhalten.

The operating instructions contain important instructions on how the unit can be operated safely, as intended and economically.

    The PKE-HD combines modern No-Seal-Joint technology with the advantages power-saving pneumatics. The PKE-HD is based on the tried and tested HKE manual strapping tool with the specially patented locking mechanism developed by TITAN. It reduces the force required and compared to conventional tools, prolongs the service life of those parts which are subjected to mechanical stress.

    Commissioning Connect the PKE-HD manual tool to the compressed air supply by means of the quick- action coupling mechanism which is supplied. Maximum air pressure (see technical date). Important: This tool may only be operated together with compressed air maintenance unit consisting of a pressure reducer, water separator and lubricator.
