COMBUSTION HEAD SETTING,
Combustion head adjustment varies depending on burner delivery.
To adjust, proceed as follows:
Turn adjusting screw (8) clockwise or anticlockwise until the notch on the regulating rod (9) is lined up with
the outer surface of the nozzle-holder assembly (5).
Example for type 394T1
In the example, the regulating rod (9) is set to setpoint 2.5. This means the burner is adjusted for an output of
9.8 kg/h with a pump pressure of 14 bar using a 2.25 GPH nozzle, as indicated in the reference table.

AIR DAMPER AND PUMP PRESSURE SETTING
1 st STAGE ADJUSTMENT
ADJUSTMENT OF AIR DAMPER, (fig. 16)
Unloosen the nut (1), turn the screw (2) until the indicator (3) reaches
the position desired.
Then lock the nut (1).
ADJUSTMENT OF PUMP PRESSURE, (fig. 17)
The pump comes with a factory setting of 9 bar.
Where necessary, reset pressure by turning screw (7).
The pressure gauge must be mounted in place of cap (8).
2 nd STAGE ADJUSTMENT
ADJUSTMENT OF AIR DAMPER, (fig. 16)
Unloosen the nut (4), turn the screw (5) until the
indicator (3) reaches the position desired.
Then lock the nut (4).
When burner shuts down the air damper auto-
matically closes till a max. chimney depressure
of 0.5 mbar.
ADJUSTMENT OF PUMP PRESSURE, (fig. 17)
The pump comes with a factory setting of 14 bar.
Where necessary, reset pressure by turning
screw (9).
The pressure gauge must be mounted in place
of cap (8).
