• Before starting the appliance, remove the accessories and any other possible item
(sheets, cardboard, etc.) from the oven chamber. Clean the oven accessories and internal
parts using a wet cloth, then dry.
• To remove the "new-product" smell insert the grid (11) and the pan (10) in the oven
compartment.
Electrically connect the appliance.
• Sequentially adjust:
- The temperature knob (4) on "230°C".
- The knob (6) on
- The timer knob (7) on "30min".
• Wait for the knob (7) to return in position "OFF-0".
• An acoustic signal warns you that the oven turned off (the indicator "5" turns off ).
• There will be smell emission at oven first use, caused by insulating materials and heating
elements. This is normal and, in any case, disappears completely after some uses of the
appliance.
Unroll the cord for all of its length before connecting the appliance to
the mains electrical supply.
Information on convection cooking
Convection cooking combines the heat emitted by resistors with the hot hair movement
•
performed through a fan. This combination speeds up the cooking time and guarantees
better results.
The vent delivers hot air gently and in a uniform manner on all the food that is cooking
leading to an uniform and crispy cooking keeping damp and taste unchanged.
The convection cooking function allows to use lower temperatures guaranteeing a
considerable energy saving compared to traditional ovens.
