with the battery acid, rinse the affected areas immediately
with plenty of clean water and consult a physician as soon
as possible.
WARNING – Danger of Fire!
■ Do not use the device in rooms containing easily ignitable,
poisonous or explosive substances.
■ Do not use the device in the vicinity of highly fl ammable
materials (curtains, textiles, etc.).
■ Do not use the device with an extension cable or with
multiple sockets.
■ In the event of a fi re: Do not extinguish with water!
Smother the fl ames with a fi reproof blanket or a suitable
fi re extinguisher.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property
■ Before inserting the battery, check whether the contacts
on the remote control and on the battery are clean, and
clean them if necessary.
■ Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
■ When replacing the battery, make sure that the polarity
(+ / –) is correct.
■ Remove the battery if it is empty or if you are not using the
remote control for an extended period. This way, you can
avoid damage caused by leaking.
■ Immediately remove a leaking battery and clean the
contacts before inserting a new battery.
■ Batteries must not be recharged or reactivated by any
other means, taken apart, thrown on a fi re, immersed in
liquids or short-circuited.
■ Only connect the device to a socket with safety contacts
that is properly installed and matches the technical data
