3.3.3. Operating Instructions.
The activation of zones through the external selector has
priority over the activation through the keyboard and, unlike
the SMP94RS, it doesn't ask for confirmation.
Depending on the contents of the group to be activated,
there are two operating systems:
A. Group made up of one or more zones:
§ You must press the external selector push-button
corresponding to the group to which you want to send the
message, and keep it pressed.
§ The rear audio input is automatically activated and the user
may send the message.
§ Once the message has been sent, you can stop pressing
the push-button.
§ While the message is being sent, the green Led of the
SMP-94RC is lighting and the DESK BUSY contact of the
external selector is activated, as to show that the message
is being sent.
§ If, when going to send the message, the red Led of the front
panel is lighting or the LINE BUSY contact of the external
selector is activated, then the line is busy by another desk.
If, despite of it, you want to send the message, it will only be
sent if the SMP-94RC has a configured priority higher than
the other desk.
§ The messages activated from the external selector don't
send the GONG of the desk.
§ While sending a message from the external selector, the
keyboard and front microphone input are cancelled.
B. Group made up of one or more zones and one special
function zone.
§ If the group has the activation of the special function zone
(see sections 5.3.2 and 6.2.7. of the SMP-94RS / SMP-94R
Operating Instructions Manual), it is only necessary to push
the contact of the external selector corresponding to the
activation of the said group in order to activate the special
function and the zones of the group. If this special function
activates a pre-recorded message, the system will send
the pre-recorded message to the zones designed by the
group, and will be automatically deactivated when the
message is finished. If you keep pressing the contact, the
system will repeat the special function (message).
§ While the message is being sent, the green Led of the
SMP-94RC is lighting and the DESK BUSY of the external
selector is activated, showing that the message is being
sent.
§ To cancel the message from the external selector, push the
RESET contact. The message may be cancelled from the
keyboard by pressing the blue key.
§ The line busy is shown through the red Led of the front
panel of the desk or through the activation of the LINE
BUSY contact of the external selector.
§ The message that cannot be sent because the line is busy
by another desk of higher priority, or because another
message is being sent through the external selector,
remain in the waiting queue and are automatically sent
when the line is free and the priority of the desk allows to
send the same (see section 6.2.6. of the SMP-94RS / SMP-
94R Operating Instructions Manual).
3.3.3. Funcionament.
L'activació de zones a través del selector extern és prioritària
a l'activació a través del teclat i, a diferència del SMP-94RS,
fa efectiva aquesta prioritat sense demanar confirmació.
En funció del contingut del grup que es vulgui activar es
presenten dues maneres de funcionament :
A. Grup format per una o més zones.
§ Cal prémer el polsador del selector extern corresponent al
grup on es vulgui enviar l'avís i mantenir-lo polsat.
§ Automàticament, s'activa l'entrada d'àudio posterior i
l'usuari pot donar l'avís.
§ Un cop finalitzat l'avís, deixar de prémer el polsador.
§ Mentre s'està donant l'avís, s'encén el Led de color verd del
SMP-94RC i s'activa el contacte DESK BUSY del selector
extern, indicant que s'està donant l'avís.
§ Si en el moment d'enviar un missatge el Led de color
vermell de la placa frontal del pupitre està encès o el
contacte LINE BUSY del selector extern està activat, la línia
està ocupada per un altre pupitre. Si, tot i això, es vol enviar
l'avís, només serà possible si el rang de prioritat amb que
està configurat el SMP-94RC és superior al de l'altre
pupitre.
§ Els avisos activats des del selector extern no generen el
GONG del pupitre.
§ Durant l'emissió d'un avís des del selector extern, queden
anul·lats el teclat i l'entrada de micròfon frontal.
B. Grup format per una o més zones i una zona de funció
especial.
§ Si el grup conté l'activació d'una funció especial (veure
Apartats. 5.3.2 i 6.2.7. de les Instruccions de Funcionament
del SMP-94RS / SMP-94R), només cal donar un impuls al
contacte del selector extern que correspongui a l'activació
d'aquell grup per activar la funció especial i les zones del
grup. Si aquesta funció especial activa un missatge
pregravat, el sistema enviarà el missatge pregravat a les
zones
que
el
grup
automàticament quan el missatge acabi. Si es manté
polsat el contacte, el sistema repeteix la funció especial
(missatge).
§ Mentre s'està reproduint el missatge s'encén el Led de
color verd del SMP-94RC i s'activa el contacte DESK BUSY
del selector extern, indicant la reproducció del missatge.
§ Per a cancel·lar el missatge des del selector extern, cal
donar un impuls al contacte RESET. Es pot cancel·lar el
missatge des del teclat del pupitre prement la tecla blava.
§ Si la línia està ocupada, es visualitza mitjançant el Led de
color vermell de la placa frontal del pupitre o a través de
l'activació del contacte LINE BUSY del selector extern.
§ Els missatges que no poden ser reproduïts perquè la línia
està ocupada per un pupitre de més prioritat o perquè
s'està reproduint un altre missatge activat des del selector
extern, queden emmagatzemats a la cua d'espera i són
reproduïts automàticament quan la línia queda lliure i el
rang de prioritat del pupitre ho fa possible (veure Apartat
6.2.6. de les Instruccions de funcionament del SMP-94RS /
SMP-94R).
