§ In the case that several contacts of the external selector are
activated, and that all of them activate a special function
(message),
the
system
sequentially and following the order of activation.
§ During the execution of a special function (sending a pre-
recorded message) activated from the external selector,
the keyboard, front microphone input and rear audio input
are cancelled.
4. CONFIGURATION.
With the SMP-94RC disconnected from the power supply,
follow the instructions in section 5.2. of the SMP-94RS / SMP-
94R Operating Instructions Manual to configure the system.
Unlike the SMP-94RS, in the case that the desk is configured
at the highest priority, all messages activated from the
external selector have priority without asking for confirmation.
If the priority is lower than the other desk, the message goes
to the waiting queue and it will be sent once the other
message is finished.

6. ACTIVATION OF EVACUATION MESSAGES.
In the case of using the SMP-94RC for the activation of
evacuation or emergency messages, it is advisable to use a
manual confirmation system for sending messages, in order
to avoid the fortuitous activation of the messages (see
diagram figure 6).
It is advisable to have an evacuation plan for emergency
situations.

§ En el cas en que s'activin varis contactes del selector
extern i tots ells activin una funció especial (missatge), el
sistema activarà la selecció de forma seqüencial i seguint
l'ordre d'activació.
§ Durant l'execució d'una funció especial (emissió d'un
missatge pregravat) activada des del selector extern,
queden anul·lats el teclat, l'entrada de micròfon frontal i
l'entrada d'àudio posterior.

A diferència del SMP-94RS, en el cas que el pupitre estigui
configurat amb màxima prioritat, tot missatge activat des del
selector extern fa efectiva la prioritat sense demanar
confirmació. Si el rang de prioritat es més petit que el de
l'altre pupitre, el missatge passa a la cua d'espera,
reproduint-se un cop ha finalitzat l'altre avís.

6. ACTIVACIÓ DE MISSATGES D'EVACUACIÓ.
En el cas d'utilitzar el SMP-94RC per a l'activació de
missatges d'evacuació o emergència, es recomana la
implantació d'un sistema de confirmació manual d'emissió
de missatges, evitant així l'activació fortuïta o accidental dels
missatges (veure diagrama figura 6).
S'aconsella disposar d'un pla d'evacuació per a situacions
d'emergència.
