3.3. EXTERNAL SELECTOR.
The desk has the following elements to play messages to
groups by means of an external selector:
§ Balanced audio input of 0dBu through a DIN connector
(see fig. 3, nº 2 and fig. 5) which is used to connect audio
signals from other microphones, telephone and alarm
exchanges, etc. activating the zones
external selector. This audio input is activated when the
group, to which the message is sent, doesn't have any
special function zone.
§ Connection terminal block that allows the remote activation
of the groups of zones 01 to 07, by means of an external
selector (see fig. 3, nº 1). First, you must edit the groups 01
to 07 in order to define the active zones of each group. Each
one of the contacts M1 to M7 of the external selector
activates its corresponding group from 01 to 07.
§ RESET contact, which allows to cancel the activated
message (see figure 3, n. 1 & figure 4).
§ Line busy contact, by means of an open collector output
(see figure 4, LINE BUSY contact).
§ Desk busy contact, by means of an open collector output
(see figure 4, DESK BUSY contact).
3.3.1. Connection.
The external selector must be connected as shown in figure
4.
The rear audio input must be connected as shown in figure
5.
3.3.2. Groups memorisation.
Before the activation of the groups, it is required to edit and
memorise the same through the keyboard, as explained in
the section 6.2.3 of the SMP-94RS / SMP-94R Operating
Instructions Manual. The system allows the memorisation of
42 groups but, by means of the external selector, only the
groups 01 to 07 can be activated.
3.3. SELECTOR EXTERN.

3.3.2. Memorització de grups.
Es condició prèvia per a l'activació dels grups, la seva edició
i memorització a través del teclat, procedint tal i com s'indica
en l'Apartat 6.2.3 de les Instruccions de Funcionament dels
models SMP-94RS / SMP-94R. El sistema permet la
memorització de 42 grups, però, mitjançant el selector
extern, només podran activar-se els grups 01 a 07.
