Functional description

The infrared sensor of the wireless movement sensor "BWM-C F" detects
any movement in the room and the information is transmitted to the
corresponding receiver (e.g. DDC or gateway) via radiogram. A two minute
blocking time starts after transmission of the first movement information.
No movement information is transmitted during the blocking time. If no
movement is detected by the infrared sensor, a "non-occupied" message is
transmitted after 10 minutes and a second one after another 30 minutes.
