Follow basic safety precautions, including the following:
1. Read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. Place the device on flat, stable and firm surface.
3. The product is not waterproof. Do not place the appliance in water or any liquid.
4. Remove the battery if the product is not going to be used for a long time.
5. Appliance for indoor use only.
6. Do not attempt to repair this appliance yourself. Only authorized and qualified personnel
may repair this device. Never disassemble this product.
7. Clean this device with soft, slightly damp cloth only. Do not use any chemical agents or
abrasives to clean this product.
• ON/TARE key: power on, power off / tare function
• UNIT key: switch units (g/oz/lb/ml)
1. Open the battery door at the back of the scale and insert the battery. Pay attention to
correct polarization. Close back the cover.
2. Place the scale flat, stable surface.
3. Press the "ON/TARE" button to switch on the scale. The screen will show full display (1)
and then "0 g" (2), signalizing the device is ready for operation.
