The "ON-OFF" icon and the "ON-OFF" button are on but with a dimmer light;

The EFFEGIBI icon is always on, but with a dimmer light;

All the other buttons and icons are off.

Possible action:
1.
Press the "ON/OFF" button to switch to "PANEL ON".

Press the "ON/OFF" button to switch on all the control panel functions.
