In the event of radiator malfunctions or to order spare parts,
please contact your installation specialist or dealer.
Please have the following information ready to ensure your enquiry can be understood
and processed quickly:
- the details on the type label
- the item number and order number of the radiator on your invoice
- the version number of the Zehnder Connect app if applicable
The General Sales and Delivery Conditions for the relevant country apply.
Zehnder Connect app
You can find more information in the Zehnder Connect app, which is available on
the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). You can use the app to set
additional functions, e.g. standby timer, creating users, details about the building,
reading out room temperature and humidity. For hardware and software
requirements, see the technical specifications.
Zehnder Smart Home
Zenia can also be integrated into a Zehnder Smart Home system via the Comfo
RF (radio) interface. This enables intelligent networking with other Zehnder
products. Please contact your Zehnder sales organisation to enquire about
availability.
Bluetooth interface
Zenia communicates with the app via a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface.
This interface is extremely energy-saving and is therefore always switched on on
the Zenia heater.
