Fault
If the control panel stops responding to touch actuation, switch the Zenia heater
off for at least 10 seconds at the main switch and then switch it back on. If the
fault persists, disconnect the unit from the mains power supply if possible (main
switch off) and contact our Customer Services department
Overheating
Heat may build up in the unit if the airways of the Zenia heater are blocked, the
heated glass door is completely covered or the fan in the integrated boost heater is
defective.
At temperatures above around 75°C in the integrated boost heater or around 85°C in the
heated glass door, the Zenia heater will switch off and the OVERHEAT warning will
appear in red on the control panel. The unit will not switch back on until you have rectified
the cause of the fault and reset the system.
Service
If the OVERHEAT warning is still visible after an hour or it appears several times
within a few hours even though you have rectified all possible causes (Steps 2 – 5),
switch the unit off (main switch) and contact our Customer Services department
Power failure
After a power failure, the Zenia heater will switch itself off. It can be switched back
on by pressing the standby key. The automatic programmes will then continue to
run. Any functions that were selected manually on the control panel prior to the
power failure will have to be reselected.
Risk of burns
When the OVERHEAT indicator lights up, the surfaces of the Zenia heater may
become very hot and may cause burns. Please check carefully whether you are
able to carry out the following steps. If not, let the Zenia heater cool down first.
Resetting to factory settings
Switch off the Zenia heater first (standby indicator
light off). See also "Standby mode" chapter
Press both keys for 10 seconds.
After 5 seconds, both indicator lights will flash until
the reset is complete and a short beep sounds as
confirmation. The Zenia heater will then continue
running with the factory settings.
