To ensure the safety of the usage of wooden house, safety inspections must be carried out once at the beginning of
each season and further twice monthly during the usage season. During inspection must be done:
 All hardware to be sure it is tight. Caution: overtightened hardware crushes the fibres of the wood resulting in split
boards.
 Check the wooden house stability.
 Check the condition of the roof to discover any leaks as early as possible.
 Eliminate leaks that you found to prevent rainwater from damaging wooden house.

Preparation for assembly

Before you assembly your house you should level the ground where you plan to build wooden house.
You will need the following tools:
 a handsaw
 a screwdriver
 a rubber hammer
 a spirit level
 a measuring tape
 a wood drill
 a pair of pincers
 ladder
Security
All our houses are tested and approved in accordance with the European standards (EN71-1, 2, 3 and 8 ) and carry the
CE mark.
This product is for domestic use.
Wooden house must only be used under the constant supervision of an adult. This product is unsuitable for children
below the age of 3 years or person with weight more then 30 kg.
It is not allowed to climb on the barriers and roof of the assembled house.
The safe play area refers to a zone extending 200 cm beyond the wooden house on all sides. The safe play area must be
free of all structures, fences, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, electrical wires and other obstacles to
ensure safe play.
Safe play
On site adult supervision must be provided for children of all ages and at all times.
Teach the children to play safe.
Dress children appropriately. Avoid accessories, clothing with drawstrings, loose fitting clothes and stringed items
placed around the neck, which could become entangled or snagged on equipment. Also bike helmets should be taken
off before playing on playground equipment.
Equipment should not be played upon in wet weather conditions because of potentially slippery surfaces
Equipment should not be played upon periods of frost, even the softest pavement can change into a very hard surface.
Using the playground in any other manner than the way intended could lead to damage or injury
