Warranty

first page contains the control number of the wooden house. We can only review complaints if you submit the control
number of the house to the seller!
This wooden house is made from high quality fir or pine wood and delivered in natural (undressed) form. Wood is
natural material, growing and adapting depending on weather conditions. Large and small cracks, colour tone
differences and changes, as well as a changing structure of wood are not errors, but a result of wood growing and
peculiarity of wood as a natural material. Therefore our warranty does not cover:
 Peculiarities of wood as a natural material
 Wooden details containing whole branches that do not endanger the stability of the house
 Colour tone variations caused by wood structure differences that do not influence wooden part life time
 Wooden details containing small cracks (caused by drying) that do not pass through and do not influence the
structure of the wooden house
 Twisted wooden details if they can be installed
 Roof and floor boards that may have on their concealed surfaces some non-planed areas, colour differences and
waning
 Complaints resulting from an incompetent manner of the installation of the house or the house collapsing due to an
incompetently made foundation
 Complaints caused by self-initiative made changes to the wooden house. Such as deformation of wooden parts and
doors/windows due to an incompetent manner of wood processing.
Wooden house painting and maintenance
Undressed wood becomes greyish after having been left untouched for a while, and can become blue and mouldy. To
protect wooden parts you must overlay them with a wood preservative.
Before assembly we recommend to treat the beams twice all four sides of the board with an oil-based protective
product-to protect the wood from fungus, blackening, and insects. After assembly, a finishing product (paint, wood
preservative or impregnation agent) should be applied to outer and inner sides of the shed- to protect the wood from
cracks, from deformation because of the sun and rain influence. By regularly applying a new finishing layer the life of
your shed shall be lengthened. This should be repeated every 3 years.
We recommend inspecting wooden house painting conditions once every 6 months to increase your wooden house
lifetime.
