Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you
are able to rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device
yourself!

No operation.
The battery is
not charging
up.
Possible cause
The battery is
empty.
The USB cable
is not connected
correctly.
The plug socket is
defective.
The USB mains
adapter is defec-
tive.
There is no mains
voltage.

Fix
Charge up the bat-
tery.
Correct the connec-
tion.
Try another plug
socket.
Try another USB
mains adapter.
Check the fuse of the
electrical distributor
(fuse box).
