4.6 To check a name

• P ress the Mode/Call button until "REVIEW NAMES" appears on the
d i s p l a y.
• P ress then the Up or Down button to scroll through the phone
numbers with re c o rded names. While you are scrolling through the
numbers, every re c o rded name is being announced out loud.
4.7 To re c o rd an outgoing message (OGM) for a particular caller
It is possible to play an outgoing message (OGM) to certain telephone
numbers. This OGM can be played once (T=temporary) or always
(P=permanent) when a particular phone number comes in.

4.7.1 To record an outgoing message (OGM)

• Press the Mode/Call button until "RECORD OGM" appears on the
display.
• Press the Up or Down button to select one of the two possibilities
available :
• When you have made the selection of your choice, press and hold
the Set button.
• As soon as you hear a beep tone, register the message into the
speaker (maximum registration time is 10 seconds).
• After having finished the message, release the Set button. The unit
automatically plays the message as a final check.

4.7.2 To select an outgoing message

As soon as you have recorded an outgoing message, it needs to be
assigned to one or multiple telephone numbers. This means that,
when this particular person calls, the correct OGM will be played.
You can program maximum 15 phone numbers per OGM. Make sure
that this person's phone number is shown on the display.

"T-OGM 10-SEC" : temporary OGM
