Trouble shooting guide
If the alarm light on the controller flashes while using the BIO-BELT, stop using it immediately. Use the
trouble shooting guide to eliminate the problem. If recommended steps did not eliminate the problem and
the alarm light is still flashing, stop using the BIO-BELT and contact Customer Service.

If there is any malfunction during the use of the product, check the following contents before contacting
our Customer Service Center.
Symptom
The power switch
is turned on but the
power indicator light is
not turned on.
The temperature is set
but the BIO-BELT is
not working.
During the use of the
BIO-BELT, the power
suddenly turns off.
The alarm light is on
and the BIO-BELT is
not working.
Cause
BIO-BELT connection
is not secure
Defective temperature
sensor
▪ Check if the power plug is securely connected to the outlet.
▪ Check if the proper voltage is applied
▪ Connect the power plug correctly, but if it still does not properly work,
contact our Customer Service Center.
▪ Check if the BIO-BELT and the controller are correctly connected.
▪ Turn off the power of the controller and separate the power cable and then
re-connect again.
▪ Connect the power cable correctly, but if it still does not properly work,
contact our Customer Service Center.
▪ Turn the power off and turn it on again.
▪ If the alarm light is on, turn off the power immediately and unplug the power
cable from the power outlet and then contact our Customer Service Center.
Resolution method
▪ Check if the BIO-BELT cable is properly connected
to the controller.
▪ Temperature sensor wire is broken. Contact our
Customer Service Center.
