2. DESCRIPTION

21 Description of the vacuum process
The vacuum packaging machine VAMA CASA is manufactured in the proven VAMA quality.
We bring our 40 years of industrial know-how to this vacuum device.
The VAMA CASA is a chamber machine that can be used to produce vacuum-sealed, airtight
packagings. Vacuum packaging protects products that would change unfavorably in the natu-
ral atmosphere. The VAMA CASA is designed for the private sector.
The filled vacuum bag is placed flat on the sealing bar in the chamber with the opening. The
entire vacuum bag is placed in the chamber. The vacuum level and the sealing time are set via
the display on the front of the machine. The vacuum process and the sealing and separating
process run automatically. As soon as the cover is closed, the vacuum process begins. The
vacuum process can be observed and monitored through the glass lid.
The vacuum pump creates a negative pressure in the chamber. The bag is automatically
sealed when the set vacuum is reached. After the packaging process is finished, a signal is
emitted. The cover can then be opened and the finished vacuumed product removed. Due to
the standard cut-off sealing, the bag overhang can be cut off.
After the lid is opened, it snaps into place at the highest point.
The machine includes a hose with three suction devices. The quick-release fastener can be
attached to the rear side of the chamber. Bottles or containers can be vacuumed with the
help of the suction hose and bottle caps. In the "Bottle" operating mode, chamber operation is
deactivated.
