• Place a glass (vessel) under the spout of the juice container.
Press the spout downwards in order to open the outlet
aperture.
• Halve the citrus fruit in the middle. Hold the lemon squeezer
with one hand while pressing the fruit halve on the press
cone with the other.
NOTE:
• The machine starts turning automatically.
• Results can be improved by releasing the pressure
and then pressing again. This changes the direction of
rotation.
• The juice fl ows into the glass (vessel). Fruit fl esh and
pips remain in the fi lter screen.
• Before removing the glass (vessel) press the spout upwards
in order to seal the outlet of the juice container and prevent
dripping.
• Pull the plug out of the socket after use and clean the device
as described below.
NOTE:
• Citrus fruit juices should be stored in a cool place for not
more than one day.
• Never store such juices in metal containers.
• Always remove the mains plug before cleaning and maintai-
ning the device.
• Do not use any wire brushes or other abrasive items.
• Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents.
WARNING:
Under no circumstances should you immerse the housing
with the motor in water to clean it. This could result in an
electric shock or fi re.
• Please remove the mains plug before the device is cleaned.
• Clean the lemon squeezer every time it is used.
• Clean the juice container, the fi lter screen and the transpa-
rent lid in soapy water.
• Clean the outer motor casing and the wire with a slightly
moist cloth and then wipe with a dry cloth.
• After cleaning all the parts you can assemble them as
described in „Overview of the Components".

Cleaning

Guarantee

The device supplied by our company is covered by a 24-month
guarantee starting on the date of purchase (receipt).
During the life of the guarantee any fault of the device or its
accessories ascribable to material or manufacturing defects will
be eliminated free of charge by repairing or, at our discretion, by
replacing it. The guarantee services do not entail an extension
of the life of the guarantee nor do they give rise to any right to a
new guarantee!
Proof of the guarantee is provided by the proof of purchase.
Without proof of purchase no free replacement or repair will be
carried out.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return
the entire machine in the original packaging to your dealer
together with the receipt.
Defects to consumables or parts subject to wearing as well as
cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not
covered by the guarantee and hence are to be paid!
The guarantee lapses in case of unauthorized tampering.
After the Expiry of the Guarantee
After the expiry of the guarantee repairs can be carried by the
competent dealer or repair service against the payment of the
ensuing costs.
Meaning of the "Dustbin" Symbol
Protect our environment: do not dispose of electrical equipment
in the domestic waste.
Please return any electrical equipment that you will no longer
use to the collection points provided for their disposal.
This helps avoid the potential effects of incorrect disposal on the
