Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur durch qualifiziertes und vom Betreiber autorisiertes Personal vorgenommen werden. Alle angebauten Kabel- und Leitungsdurchführungen müssen die Anforderungen von EN 60079-0 Anhang A: Ex-Kabel- und Leitungseinführungen erfüllen. -

Einbau und Inbetriebnahme Beim Einbau ist auf die korrekte Betriebslage zu achten. Der Schwimmer muss sich frei über den ganzen Weg bewegen können und darf nicht durch Tankwände oder Tankeinbauten behindert werden. Einbaulagen wo Turbulenzen sind, stören die Funktion und sollten unbedingt vermieden werden. Wartung Trimod Besta Füllstandschalter sind periodisch (min. 1x jährlich) zu prüfen und zu reinigen. Vorgehen: Vor dem Öffnen des Gehäuses die Speisespannung unterbrechen, Stromschläge können lebensbedrohend sein. Prozessbehälter/Schwimmerkammern müssen vor Durchführung von Arbeiten auf atmosphä- rischen Druck gebracht und entsprechend belüftet werden. Falls nötig, Füllstand absenken. Ist der Schalter in einer Kammer montiert, entsprechende Absperrventile schliessen und je nach Bedarf Kammer entleeren oder entlüften. -

Installation and initial start-up During installation, the correct operating position must be observed. The float must be able to move freely over the whole range of movement and must not be restricted by the tanks walls or by fittings in the tank. Installation positions that are subject to turbulence impair the function and should always be avoided. -
Page 12: Maintenance
Maintenance Level switches must be periodically tested and cleaned, at least once annually. Procedure: Before opening the housing, disconnect the supply voltage; electric shocks can be life- threatening. Process vessels / float chambers must be brought to atmospheric pressure before work is carried out and must be appropriately vented. -

Montage et mise en service Lors du montage, il faut veiller à ce que la position de service soit correcte. Le flotteur doit pouvoir se déplacer librement sur la totalité de sa course et ne doit pas être gêné par les parois du réservoir ou ses éléments incorporés. Les positions de montage générant des turbulences empêchent le bon fonctionnement et doivent impérativement être évitées. -

Entretien Les contrôleurs de niveau Trimod Besta doivent être vérifiés et nettoyés périodiquement (au moins 1 fois par an). Procédure: Couper la tension d’alimentation avant d’ouvrir le boîtier. Les électrocutions peuvent être mortelles! Amener le réservoir du processus à la pression atmosphérique, le cas échéant abaisser le niveau. -

Instalación y puesta en servicio Durante la instalación se debe observar la posición correcta. El flotador debe poder movilizarse libremente por todo el recorrido sin que las paredes del tanque o sus componentes impidan su movimiento. Las posiciones de montaje en las que haya turbulencias afectan el funcionamiento y deben evitarse. Brida de conexión del proceso - Serie industrial Para interruptores de nivel de la serie industrial, con bridas según DIN, ANSI etc., deben utilizarse juntas... -
Page 22: Mantenimiento
Mantenimiento Los interruptores de nivel Trimod Besta deben controlarse y limpiarse periódicamente (por lo menos 1 vez al año). Procedimiento: Antes de abrir la carcasa se debe interrumpir la tensión de alimentación, electrocuciones pueden causar la muerte. Los depósitos del proceso / cámaras de flotador deben ser sometidos a presión atmosférica antes de la ejecución de los trabajos y ventilarse de la forma correspondiente. -
