4. How to check/add/activate components
The app will show you all connected components if you click on the alarm
system. The standard devices are a motion sensor, a door and window alarm
and a remote control. If this is not the case or if you would like to connect
additional transmitters or the doorbell (up to 50 transmitters), please follow
these steps:
» Tap settings in the upper right corner and select "add accessories". The hub
will now look for new transmitters within the signal range.
» Now activate the new transmitter by triggering it (switch on motion sensor
and trigger it by moving, by separating the door and window alarm or by
pressing the key on the remote control or the bell). Repeat these steps for
each component.
» Press the arrow at the top right corner of the app once to leave the current
screen, afterwards click onto the name of the device again. You have now
added the new transmitter.
» Each transmitter can be activated or deactivated by the on-off switch in the
app.
» Press and hold the name of a transmitter in the app to change detail settings
and switch modes.
» Each transmitter runs in 4 different modes:
a) Normal: In Normal mode, a transmitter signals alarm if the alarm system is
live or in Home mode.
b) Home: Home transmitters will not be triggered if the system is set to
"Home". Find more information under no. 5.
c) 24 hours: Transmitters set to this mode will always signal alarm, even if the
unit is deactivated.
d) Delay: Transmitters set to this mode will signal alarm after a certain delay.
Adjust the delay according to your requirements under "settings".
5. Using the app and advanced settings
Arm: Press activate alarm in the app to activate the unit. In this mode, all
transmitters will signal alarm if triggered. Alternatively, the alarm can be switched
on with the included remote control. To do this, press the closed lock key.
30
Disarm: By pressing this icon, you deactivate all transmitters except those set
to 24-hour mode. Press the open lock on the remote control, to deactivate the
alarm system. This will also switch off a resounding siren.
Home: If the system is set to "Home", all transmitters set to "Normal" or
"Delay" will signal alarm. For example, if you would like to activate the alarms
for your door and window sensors during the night but not the motion sensor,
set the sensors to "Normal" and the motion sensor to "Home" (see no. 4). Now
you can move freely around the house but the windows are still secured.
