I cannot hear the Skype call through the telephone handset.
Solution
Verify that Skype's sound devices are set to use the USRobotics Virtual
Audio device:
1.
Select Options from the Skype Tools Menu and select Sound
Devices.
2.
Verify that the USRobotics Virtual Audio is the selected device for
Audio In, Audio Out and Ringing.
If Skype has a different sound device selected, select USRobotics
Virtual Audio for Audio In, Audio Out and Ringing and click Save.
My telephone does not ring upon incoming calls.
Solution 1:
Verify the telephone adapter is connected to the computer and receiving
power.
Solution 2:
Verify that both the USB Telephone Adapter and Skype are active. Look in
your Windows system tray for the USB Telephone Adapter icon. Restart
the telephone adapter if there is a problem.

Solution 3:
Verify your cables are connected correctly between your computer, the
telephone adapter and your telephone.
Solution 4:
Connect your telephone to a wall jack and make a call to verify your tele-
phone is in proper working order.
