2.2 Items supplied
Open the packaging and take out the equip-
ment with care.
Remove the packaging material and any
packaging and/or transportation braces (if
available).
Check to see if all items are supplied.
Inspect the equipment and accessories for
transport damage.
If possible, please keep the packaging until
the end of the guarantee period.
Danger!
The equipment and packaging material are
not toys. Do not let children play with plastic
bags, foils or small parts. There is a danger of
swallowing or suff ocating!

3. Proper use
Der Kettenfl aschenzug ist eine Vorrichtung zum
senkrechten Heben und Absenken von Lasten.
The equipment is to be used only for its prescri-
bed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or inju-
ries of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been de-
signed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.

5. Before starting the machine
1. Before you lift a load with the chain hoist, you
should make yourself familiar with the "wit-
hout load" function of the chain hoist.
2. Make sure the chain hoist is securely fas-
tened. Be careful when choosing fastening
points. These points must be able to carry
double the load. If you are unsure as to whe-
ther the chosen point is the right one, please
choose a diff erent one.
3. The chain hoist should be fastened so that it
cannot change its position during operation.
4. The latch locks which are attached to the fas-
tening hook and the load hook must always
be closed during operation
6. Operation
6.1 Lifting the load
On the front side of the chain block there is an
engraved arrow pointing upwards, labelled "UP".
Pull the hand chain (2) on this side of the chain
block in order to lift the load.
6.2 Lowering the load
On the front side of the chain block there is an
engraved arrow pointing downwards, labelled
"DN".
Pull the hand chain (2) on this side of the chain
block in order to lower the load.
