Lighting The Grill
Do not lean over the grill when lighting. Read instructions before lighting.
1. Turn the control knobs to OFF position.
2. Open valve at tank fully by turning counterclockwise.
3. Open lid during lighting.
4. Push and turn the control knob counterclockwise to High possition.
5. Press Ignition Button to ignite flowing gas. Insure a good AA Battery, positive terminal facing out-
ward, is installed the Ignitor Button.
6. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner control off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the
lighting procedure or refer to match lighting instructions below.
7. Repeat the lighting instruction to ignite other burner.
Match Lighting (lighting hook located above right
knob)
1. Turn the control knobs to OFF position.
2. Open valve at tank fully by turning counterclock-
wise.
3. Open lid during lighting.
4. Insert a match in the end of lighting hook.
5. Light the match.
6. Immediately place the lit match through hole near
the burner.
7. Push and turn the control knob to "+" position and
burner should light immediately.
If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner
control off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting
procedure.
Repeat the lighting instruction to ignite other burner.
