Operating Principle

The injector is installed directly in the diesel line using no electricity only diesel
pressure as the power source. The diesel drives the polymer gear assembly sealed with
patented elastomer wipers. The gears then turn a bearing supported crank assembly
with a reciprocating suction mechanism (dosage piston). This draws a preset amount
(lower end setting) of chemical from an open container into the injector. The amount
of chemical will be directly proportional to the volume of diesel entering the injector,
regardless of variations in flow or pressure.
