10. Care and cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these can damage the
casing or even impair the function.
Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
a) Container
• Rinse the container with clean water.
• Clean the outside with a wet rag and a mild detergent.
• Allow the container to air dry.
b) Motor unit
• Make sure that no liquid gets into the inside of the motor unit.
• Clean the motor unit with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
c) Foam filter
• Rinse the foam filter with clear water.
• Allow the foam filter to air dry.
d) Suction hose, extension tube, combination nozzle, crevice nozzle and pond
brush
• Rinse these parts with clean water.
• Clean the outside with a wet rag and a mild detergent.
• Allow the parts to dry in the air.
e) Storage
• Wash the foam filter with water and mild household detergent, then allow to air dry.
• When storing, ensure all parts are completely dry and store in a dry, frost free area which is inaccessible to children.
