Sostituzione dell'eccitatrice
Per
smontare
l'eccitatrice
natore attenersi alle seguenti istruzioni :
-) togliere il coperchio anteriore
-) sfilare il rotore utilizzando un mezzo di
sollevamento con funi morbide ma di
portata adeguata; verificare che i mezzi
di sollevamento predisposti siano co-
munque adeguati per i pesi dei compo-
nenti da movimentare
-) per estrarre il cuscinetto deve essere
utilizzato un apposito estrattore
-) per smontare il rotore eccitatrice, inse-
rire un adeguato estrattore facilmente
costruibile o reperibile presso la nostra
sede.
f) Sostituzione del regolatore di ten-
sione
Una volta stabilito che il regolatore deve
essere sostituito, procedere come se-
gue :
-) scollegare tutti i cavetti di collegamen-
to in morsettiera
-) svitare le 2/4 viti di bloccaggio del re-
golatore
-) collocare il nuovo regolatore nella po-
sizione prevista
-) fissare il nuovo regolatore con le viti
precedentemente raccolte
dell'alter-

Follow these instructions to remove ex-
citer of the generator:
-) remove front lead
-) Use a lifting device equipped with soft
ropes of an adequate lifting capacity to
extract rotor. Make sure that the lifting
devices are suitable for the weight of
the parts to be shifted
-) Use a puller to pull out bearing
-) To remove the exciter rotor, use a sui-
table puller, which can be easily con-
structed or forwarded by the manufactu-
rer upon request.
f) Replacement of voltage regulator
Once it has been ascertained that the
regulator needs to be replaced, proceed
as follows:
-) Disconnect all terminal board wires
-) Unscrew the 2/4 clamp screws of the
regulator
-) Set new regulator in the usual posi-
tion
-) Tighten the new regulator with the
previously unscrewed screws
