Bridge Function

This function allows the use of 2 cooking zones at the same time (left zones, middle zones, right
zones) with the same features as a single cooking zone. Booster function is not allowed.
Action
Activate the hob
Activate the bridge
Increase bridge
Stop bridge

Control panel locking

To avoid modification of the setting of the cooking zones , particularly when cleaning, the control
panel can be locked (with exception to the On/Off key [ 0/I ]).
Action
Lock the hob
Unlock the hob

Clean function

The clean function guarantees a satisfactory temperature to clean your teppanyaki (see
Maintenance and cleaning chapter).
Each zone has its own clean function.
It is also possible to combine 2 cooking zones (bridge function), then to activate the clean
function.

Start up/stop the clean function:

Activate the clean function
When the clean temperature is reached, the [ C ] becomes fixed.
Stop the function
Cleaning can be effected with positions 4, 5 or 6 from the slider.
