SOLVING PROBLEMS

The device is not working.
The device suddenly stops
working.
The motor is turning, but the
accessories are not moving.
The device smells burnt.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Always remove the power cord from the outlet, check whether the turning knob is
in the "0" position.
Never submerge the device, the power cord or the plug in water or any other fluid.
All accessories are machine washable.
Cleaning the blender:
Fill the blender jar with warm water.
Put the jar cover on the jar and place the jar on the device.
Turn the device and blender on for about 30 seconds. Remove the dirty water and
repeat, if necessary.
The safeties are blocking the device from starting.
Make sure all accessories are installed properly.
The device has overheated. Place let the device cool
down for a couple of minutes.
Vibrations have slightly moved the processing bowl
or the cover of the processing bowl, activating the
safety switch.
Check if the motor drive shaft is installed onto the
motor base properly and whether all accessories are
in their correct position.
When operating this for the first time, it's possible
production left-overs are causing the problem (such
as grease). This is normal.
Probably you added too many ingredients, which
overheated the motor. Turn the device off and let the
device cool off.
