Attaching the grip

1. Place the unit on a flat surface such
as a desk with the screen face
down.
R Make sure there are no foreign objects
under the unit.
2. Insert the terminal section of the
grip into the terminal section of the
base (A), and press down until you
hear a click (B).
R Attach so that there is no gap between
the terminal sections of the grip and
base.
R Be careful not to get objects, fingers, or
straps caught between the base and
grip.
R If the grip is not attached correctly, it may
not operate even when the trigger switch is pressed.
3. To lock the grip, slide the lock (C)
in the direction indicated in
R Close firmly until the red area of the lock
is no longer visible.
4. Attach the strap to the unit (D).
n Removing the grip
1. Remove the strap, slide the lock
(C) in the direction indicated in
and then press the release lever
(E).
R Remove the grip on a flat surface similar
to when attaching the grip.
R To remove the strap, press the strap protrusion (F).
