    Names of things and what they do Panel fig.panel1 1 ..Mic input jacks 1, 2 (INPUT 1, 2) These are input jacks for analog audio. Each jack can be used either as an XLR type or phone type jack. You can use either a balanced or unbalanced connection for either type. The XLR type jacks provide 48 V phantom power, allowing you to use condenser mics that require phantom power.

Problems with the M-100FX Sound contains crackles or distortion • Could the input volume be excessive? If the input volume (level) is excessive, the sound may be distorted. If you are inputting audio from the input jacks, adjust the input volume (level) of the M-100FX.

This type of noise may be produced because the M-100FX and connected device are picking up electromagnetic waves. This type of noise can also be produced by the AC power supply frequency (50/60 Hz) or a large motor.
