Important instructions for use
• Warm up well before starting your workout.
• While you are still unfamiliar with the Balance Board, hold onto a wall to start.
• Always climb up from the side.
• The more central the stoppers, the easier the start.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Wipe the smooth surfaces with a damp cloth to clean. Do not use
aggressive cleaning agents or solvents.
• Check the device for damage before each use. If the device is visibly
damaged, you must no longer use it. Incorrect repairs and structural
modifications (e.g. removal or replacement of original parts) can put the
device user at risk.
