5.1Vorbereitungen zur Inbetriebnahme
Position: FLÄCHENFRÄSEN
1.Sorgen Sie vor dem Start der Maschi-
ne und bei Arbeiten in geschlossenen
Räumen für ausreichende Luftzufuhr
und Staubabsaugung.
2.Maschine mit Steckdose, oder Kabel
rolle verbinden (CEE 32A Stecker mit
integriertem Phasenwender!)
NOT-AUS-Schalter
muss
sein! Der Sicherheits-Schlüssel muss
links im Steuerungskasten muss ste-
cken.
3.Motor starten durch DRÜCKEN der
„WEISSEN START-TASTE". Drehrich-
tung des Motors kontrollieren, wenn
nötig mit Phasenwender im Stecker
wenden, wenn in Ordnung, den Motor
durch DRÜCKEN der „SCHWARZEN
TASTE" wieder ausschalten.
4.Schlauch des Industriesaugers beim
Absaugstutzen (Pos485) an der Ma-
schine anschliessen und Saugmaschi-
ne starten.
5.Maschine durch LÖSEN des Handra-
des (Pos211) an der Hydraulik- Pumpe
(Pos210)
VORNE und HINTEN ab-
senken. Kugelhahn (Pos232) schlies-
sen. Maschine mit Handpumpe HIN-
TEN wieder anheben.
6.Kupplungshebel (Pos295) LINKS an
der Maschinenführung auf Stellung
AUS.
Vorschubhebel
RECHTS am Handgriff auf Stellung
AUS.
7.Motor wieder starten durch Drücken
der WEISSEN TASTE, und die Fräs-
trommel beginnt zu drehen.

5.1 Préparation de la mise en service
Exploitation: FRAISAGE de SURFACE
1.Bien veiller à l'air fraîche durant les tra-
vaux dans les locaux enfermés et à
l'évacuation de la poussière.
2.Connectez le câble électrique de la ma-
chine avec la prise ou avec la prise de

l'enrouleur (CEE-Prise 32A avec change
entriegelt
de phase!) Vérifiez que l'interrupteur
d'arrêt d'urgence ROUGE ne soit pas ac-
tivé! La clé de sécurité doit être insérée
dans la boîte de commande.
3.Actionnez le commutateur en appuyant
sur le bouton "BLANC" de mise en
marche. Vérifiez le sens de rotation du
moteur d'entraînement en vous reportant
à la marque de sens de rotation apposée
sur le moteur. Après tout est en règle,
STOP le moteur avec le "BOUTON
NOIR".
4.Raccordez la machine et l'aspirateur
industriel au tuyau d'évacuation des
poussières, et activez l'aspirateur.
5.La roue manuelle (pos211) de la pompe
hydraulique (pos210) OUVRIR et baissez
la machine en AVANT et en ARRIÈRE.
Le robinet à rotule
fermée. Soulevez la partie ARRIÈRE de
la machine en utilisant la pompe à main.
6.Le levier d'embrayage(pos295) en bor-
dure de tube de guidage À GAUCHE en
(Pos295)
Position OFF. Le levier d'avancement
(pos295) en bordure de tube de guidage
À DROITE doit être sur la position AUS
(OFF).
7.Actionnez le moteur en appuyant sur le
BOUTON BLANC,et le tambour de frai-
sage commence à tourner.

Preparation/starting
5.1 Preparations for starting
Operating: SURFACE MILLING
1.Ensure sufficient ventilation and dust-
control when starting and working in
closed areas.
2.Connect the electricity cable for the
industrial extractor to the site terminal.
(CEE 32A Plug with phase changer!)
Check
that
the
emergency
SWITCH has not been pressed! the
security key must be inserted into the
switch box!
3.Start
the motor by pressing the
"WHITE" push-button. Check the direc-
tion of rotation of the drive motor with
the direction marking on the motor. If
necessary change the phase. When
every thing is fine, STOP the motor by
releasing the "BLACK BUTTON".
4.Connect the machine and the industrial
dust extractor by means of the dust
hose and then start the unit.
5.Open the HAND WHEEL (POS211) of
the hydraulic pump (pos210), and lower
the FRONT and the BACKSIDE of the
machine. Close the ball valve (pos232).
Activate the hand pomp, and lift the
BACKSIDE of the machine.
6.The clutch lever(pos295) by the han-
dle LEFT of the machine guidance
must be on position OFF. The feed rate
lever (pos295) by the handle RIGHT
must be on position AUS (OFF).
7.Start the motor by pressing the WHITE
BUTON, and as a result the milling
drum will start rotating.
