To use the auto-cook feature:
1. In standby mode, turn the TIME/MENU control button counter-clockwise to
select the food code.
2. Press the WEIGHT ADJUST button repeatedly to select the food weight or
shares.
3. Press the START/QUICK START button to confirm.
