8. Divide the strand of mixture into pieces of equal size and bake the shortbread until it
is done according to the recipe.
Using Pasta Attachments
1. Prepare the pasta dough according to your recipe.
2. Prepare the device (see point 1 - 7 of the "Using Perforated Discs" section).
3. Place the pasta attachment you want (A-G) into the device. Make sure that the
grooves of the pasta attachment sit correctly in the recesses on the device.
4. Tighten the large locking nut by turning it anticlockwise. Do not overtighten the lock-
ing nut!
5. Place the dough divider onto the locking nut. Make sure that it sits straight so that you
only need to push it back and forth.
6. Place a bowl under the device to catch the strands of dough.
7. Place the pasta dough into the feed chute. Turn the crank handle and press the
dough down the feed chute bit by bit using the plunger. CAUTION: Danger of injury!
Never push food into the feed chute using your hand or any objects other than the
plunger which is supplied!
8. Divide the strand of dough into pieces of equal size using the dough divider and carry
on preparing the pasta according to the recipe.
Using the Sausage Spout
1. Prepare the meat according to your recipe.
2. Prepare the device (see point 1 - 7 of the "Using Perforated Discs" section).
3. Insert the sausage spout into the device.
4. Tighten the large locking nut by turning it anticlockwise. Do not overtighten the lock-
ing nut!
5. Select a sausage casing (e.g. artifi cial or natural gut etc.) and stretch it over the
sausage spout.
6. Place a bowl under the device to catch the sausage.
7. Place the meat into the feed chute. Turn the crank handle and press the mixture down
the feed chute bit by bit using the plunger. CAUTION: Danger of injury! Never push
food into the feed chute using your hand or any objects other than the plunger which
is supplied!
8. Allow the fi lled sausage casing to run off the sausage spout. Make sure that you do
not overfi ll the sausage casing.
9. Finally twist the sausage casing to shape little individual sausages.

Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!
Be careful when handling the inserts and the cutter head; the blades and edges are
sharp!
The base is not suitable for the dishwasher.
Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
