Before Initial Use

CAUTION!
■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a danger of
suffocation!
1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items Sup-
plied and Device Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you fi nd any damage
to the components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service department.
2. The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health,
clean the device and all accessories thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent
before using them for the fi rst time (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

Use

CAUTION!
■ Keep children away from the device during operation.
■ The device should only be used when it is fully and correctly assembled!
■ Not suitable for frozen food! Allow frozen food to defrost completely before you pro-
cess it further!
■ Do not reach into the rotating inserts or the feed chute during operation.
■ Keep body parts, hair and clothing away from rotating parts of the device.
■ Be careful when handling the cutter head and the perforated discs. The edges are
sharp!
