The LEDA company thanks you for your trust.
- Our products are subjected to strict requirements for the quality of materials, the finishing and the safety.
- For maintenance, we do advice you to rinse the cabin with cold water after use
. We also recommend you the use of our cleaner LEDA NET or at least a cloth soaked
with methylated spirit
- Do not use solvents, abrasive products or liquid like caustic cleaner which risk to damage the shower tray and
the drain trap.
- The lubrication of rails, hinges and other mobile pieces must be periodically checked. Grease if necessary with
some silicone grease or some domestic petroleum jelly.
- The glass used for our products is a safety glass (NF standard EN 12150-1). In case of shock, the glazing breaks
in a multitude of small pieces without real danger for the user.
CONTRACTUAL GUARANTEE - 2 YEARS
Beyond the legal guarantee according to the art. 1641 and following ones of the Civil code, we guarantee our
products against any manufacturing defects, for, from now, two years as from their delivery.
This guarantee runs from the delivery of the products and is subject to the arrangements below:
- Our products must be installed and revised by a qualified professional, who makes a commitment to respect
our prescriptions and the rules of the art concerning the assembly, the installation and the revision of our products.
- When our products are intended to be embedded, the installation must be done on a way they can be later removed,
without deterioration.
- Our guarantee does not cover defects and deteriorations caused by the natural wear of parts, the bad weather,
the damage caused by the quality of the water and the damage which could be the consequence of a defective
maintenance.
Given the above, our guarantee will be removed from any product among which the installation, the implementation
or the maintenance will not have been made according to our prescriptions, according to the rule book and by a
qualified professional, that it is about the company in charge of the job or staff allocated to this job.
In case of imperfection of products recognized by our services, our guarantee remains strictly limited to the
displacement, or possibly to total replacement of the defective part, with the exception of any expenses and
compensations of whatever nature. This replacement will intervene as before only within the limits of our
manufacturing and of our availability in stock. In another case, we are only due to replacement to the equivalent.
Any complaint will be best treated as it will will be detailed, precise and presented with the invoice of purchase
and/or with the invoice of installation.
