Damage to Property and the Device

❐ Always check the device for damage before putting it into operation. The device must
not be used if the device, the cable, the plug or any of the accessories show obvious
signs of damage.
❐ If the device is broken, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In the event of any dam-
age, contact our customer service department.
❐ Use only the accessories supplied, or accessories expressly recommended by the
manufacturer. Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
❐ The device should only be used when it is fully assembled, undamaged, and in work-
ing order!
❐ Use the device only in closed rooms.
❐ Do not operate the device when empty.
❐ Do not drop the device or allow it to be knocked violently.
❐ Always place the device on a dry, even and fi rm surface.
❐ You may wish to place a non-slip mat underneath the device so that the surface is
not damaged.
❐ Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations,
moisture or direct sunlight.
❐ Always keep hold of the motor unit with one hand during preparation.
❐ The device must not be transported while it is switched on. Always pull the plug out
of the socket and allow the motor to come to a complete standstill before you move
the device.
❐ Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption. A cooling-down
period of 2 minutes must then be maintained.
❐ Do not overfi ll the shakers! Only fi ll the large shaker up to the MAX marking and the
small shaker no more than three-quarters full.
