ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
NUK-USA, LLC warrants the NUK® Fresh Foods Cook-n-Blend Baby Food Maker sold in the USA
or Canada for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defective material and
workmanship. If defective, NUK-USA LLC will replace the product with the same or a comparable
model (at its option). Proof of the purchase (dated sales receipt) is required. To replace product,
please send product, along with description of the problem and proof of purchase, postage paid
to NUK USA LLC, Claims Department 728 Booster Blvd, Reedsburg, Wisconsin 53959, USA, during
the warranty period. This limited warranty is transferable and gives you specific legal rights and
remedies. You may also have other rights and remedies which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Where any term of this warranty is prohibited by the laws in any jurisdiction, it shall be null and
void, but the remainder of this warranty shall remain in effect. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PRINTED
INSTRUCTIONS VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. For electrical products, NUK USA LLC warrants that the
product will be free from defects provided that the product is installed in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws, codes and standards applying in the state or
province in which the product is installed, including without limitation, all applicable local building
and electrical codes.
Possible solution
Check that the bowl is secured onto the base and
that the lid is securely in place
Check that the seal is properly in place
(see paragraph on installing the blade)
Reposition the lid securely after having unplugged
the unit
Add stock, water or milk in the bowl to create a
smooth texture
