HOW TO USE YOUR RIVETING TOOL
The riveting tool GO 210 is equipped with a suction nail system which increases a lot the usefulness of this tool. In fact, it allows the rivet
to remain in the nozzle even turning the head of the riveting tool downwards. Do not kee the rivet with your fingers! To make the system
operate, press the button (A) and release it to exclude it.In that way, suction takes place simultaneously with riveting, thus avoiding air con-
sumption when your riveting tool is idle.
After the clamping, the sheared nail is piped by the riveting tool and ejected from the back into the proper container (B).
WARNING!! Do not remove the container (B) during the riveting operation, as the nail ejection can cause damages
to the worker or to persons who are nearby the work surface.
When the container (B) is full of nails do not use the riveting tool. Disconnect the tool, unscrew the container (B) and empty it. DO NOT
DISPERSE ANY NAIL! Screw the container and start again to work;
USO DELLA RIVETTATRICE
La rivettatrice GO 210 è dotata di un sistema di aspirazione del chiodo, che permette al rivetto di rimanere posizionato sull'ugello anche tenendo
la testa della rivettatrice rivolta verso il basso, aumentando notevolmente la praticità della rivettatrice; non trattenere il rivetto con le dita!. Tale
dispositivo viene attivato mediante il pulsante (A) e cessa la sua azione una volta che questo viene rilasciato. In questo modo l'aspirazione
avviene solo contemporaneamente alla rivettatura, eliminando i consumi d'aria con rivettatrice ferma.Il chiodo troncato dopo il serraggio del
rivetto, viene aspirato dalla rivettatrice ed espulso dalla parte posteriore all'interno dell'apposito serbatoio (B).
ATTENZIONE!!Non togliere per nessun motivo il serbatoio (B) durante l'operazione di rivettatura, poichè l'espulsione
del chiodo dalla parte posteriore della rivettatrice, può causare danni all'operatore e a persone che si trovano in
prossimità della zona di lavoro.
A serbatoio (B) pieno non azionare la rivettatrice, togliere alimentazione, svitare il contenitore (B) e svuotarlo in un apposito contenitore. NON
DISPERDERE I CHIODI TRANCIATI NELL' AMBIENTE! Riposizionare il serbatoio (B) e riprendere il normale ciclo di lavoro.
GEBRAUCH DES NIETWERKZEUGS
Das Nietwerkzeug GO 210 ist mit einem Absaugesystem des Nagels ausgerüstet, wodurch die Brauchbarkeit des Nietwerkzeugs erheblich erhöht
wird. Der Niet darf tatsächlich auf der Düse in seiner Stellung bleiben, auch wenn der Kopf nach unten gehalten wird. Den Niet NICHT mit den
Fingern zurückhalten!
Diese Vorrichtung wird mittels des Druckknopfes (A) betätigt und hört ihren Betrib bei Loslassen des Druckknopfes auf. Auf diese Weise erfolgt
das Ansaugen erst bei Nieten und somit bei nicht arbeitendem Nietwerkzeug vollkommen unterdrückt. Nach dem Anziehen des Niets wird der
abgeschnittene Nagel vom Nietwerkzeug abgesaugt und aus dem hinteren Teil in das Innere des dafür vorgesehenen Behälters ausgestossen (B).
ACHTUNG: Öffnen Sie den Nagelbehälter (B) nie während des Nietvorganges, da der Nagelauswurf für den
Arbeiter und Personen in seiner Nähe gefährlich sein kann.
Wenn der Nagelbehälter (B) voll ist, soll man das Werkzeug nicht mehr verwenden. Zum Entleeren unterbrechen Sie die Druckluftverbindung,
schrauben den Nagelbehälter ab und entleeren diesen. VERSTREUEN SIE KEINE NAGEL. Schrauben Sie den Nagelbehälter (B) auf und
beginnen Sie wieder mit der Arbeit.
USO DE LA REMACHADORA
La remachadora GO 210 es equipada de un sistema de aspiración del clavo que aumenta notablemente la facilidad de utilizo de la remachadora.
En efecto, el remache queda posicionado sobre el inyector aunque la cabeza de la remachadora esté hacia abajo. ¡ No sujetar el remache
con los dedos! Dicho dispositivo se activa por el pulsador (A) y se desactiva al soltar el mismo pulsador. De esa manera, hay aspiración sólo
al remachar, evitando así el consumo de aire cuando la remachadora no está en función.
El clavo truncado luego del ajuste del remache es absorbido por la remachadora y expulsado por la parte posterior en el interior del específico
tanque (B).
¡ATENCION! Jamás se quitará el tanque (B) durante la operación de remachado pues el remache truncado, durante
su trayecto hasta la parte posterior de la remachadora, puede ocasionar daños al operador y a las personas en
la zona de trabajo.
Con el tanque (B) lleno jamás se pondrá en función la remachadora. En cambio, cortar la alimentación, destornillar el contenedor (B) y efectuar
el vaciado por medio de un apropiado contenedor. JAMAS SE DEJARAN LOS REMACHES TRUNCADOS EN EL AMBIENTE! Volver a colocar
el tanque (B) y efectuar un regular ciclo de trabajo.
