CASES IN WHICH HATCH PLATE WILL

BE ASSEMBLED:
1- If roof is weakened after cut.
2- If after having positioned bycool base and
corresponding joint, it does not completely
cover hatch hole.
In both cases, short and long hatch plates are
available.
DO NOT USE PLATES IF BYCOOL BASE
COVERS ENTIRE HOLE OF ORIGINAL
HATCH!
A- Assembly of toroidal cord for short hatch
plate (seal cord at union point using sealer
provided for screws, see page 25, detail
x-).
B- Assembly of toroidal cord for long hatch
plate (seal as indicated under point A).

IMPORTANT!

C- In case no hatch plate is assembled, place
12x6 assembly joint as shown (in all
grooved surface).

In case a hatch plate is assembled (whether it
is long or short), instructions indicated below
will have to be followed (SAME ON BOTH
SIDES)::
Pressure the (2) protection lids, fitting central
studs on hatch.
a- hit mark of indicated hole, to open it, when
long hatch is assembled.
b- seal all around edge by applying a thread
of silicone.
