To achieve the best cutting results, we recommend that you chop the food up into
smaller pieces before you place it into the feed chute (16, 17). This will make it
easier to push the food down the chute using a plunger (3, 4).
1. Place the device on a level, non-slip surface.
2. Assemble it with the appropriate accessories as required (see the "Assembly"
chapter).
3. Connect the device to a properly installed plug socket.
4. Place it on the deposit surface (12) if necessary to capture the food.
5. Press the On / Off switch (10) to switch on the device.
6. Place the food which is to be processed into the feed chute (16, 17) or press the citrus
fruit onto the citrus press (5). Use a plunger (3, 4) to push food further down.
7. To switch off the device, press the On / Off switch (10).
8. Pull the mains plug out of the plug socket and clean all accessories.

Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!
■ Remove the mains plug from the plug socket before cleaning the device.
■ Never immerse the device, the mains cable or the mains plug in water or other liq-
uids. No liquid must be allowed to enter the device during cleaning.
■ Be careful when handling the cutting inserts; the blades are sharp! Only ever grip the
plastic parts.
■ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
• Make sure that the device is switched off and the mains plug has been removed from
the plug socket!
• Clean all accessory parts with clear, hot water and a little mild detergent or in the
dishwasher.
• As required, wipe down the motor unit (6) with a damp cloth only. Then wipe it down
fully with a dry cloth.
• Do not wrap the mains cable around the device.
• Keep the device in its respective packaging in a dry place which is protected from
sunlight and is not accessible to children and animals.
