The motor unit (6) is used in a vertical position for the sorbet
maker (2) and the cutting inserts (1 and 8), and is used in a
horizontal position for the citrus press (5).
The citrus press (5) can be used to squeeze oranges,
lemons and similar fruit. The collecting container (7) collects
the juice directly during the pressing.
To use the citrus press (5), the motor unit (6) must be in a
horizontal position.
