Trouble
Power lamp is off or does not
work
Power light is on but no mist
The mist has a strange odour.
Power light is on, but the
machine doesn't work.
The volume of spray mist is
too low.
Abnormal noise
Spray mist is coming out of the
area around the nozzle.
Water does not come down to
basin
LED display is on, with water
but shows waterless
The following is not considered a faulty operation:
1. If your water is very hard (containing abnormally high levels of minerals) the humidiier
may produce white dust. This is not a malfunction. The solution would be to clean the ilter
more often or use softer water.
2. If you stand very close to the humidiier, you will hear the gurgling sound of water. This is
normal.
3. The machine operates very quietly but it is not completely silent. Noise levels less around
35 dB is considered normal.

Possible Reasons
Humidiier is not plugged into
the wall socket
No water in water tank.
A new machine.
It either has dirty water or the
water has been stagnant too
long.
Too much water in the water
basin.
Too much mineral scale in the
water basin.
Water is too dirty or water was
kept too long in the tank.
Vibration in the water tank be-
cause the water level is too low.
Machine is on an unstable
surface.
There are gaps between the
housing around jet nozzles and
the top of the water tank.
Blocked up ilter
Floater is stuck

Solution
Connect power cord to electrical
outlet and press power button.
Fill water tank with water.
Remove the water tank, un-
screw the lid and let it air out in
a cool area for 12 hours.
Clean the water tank and reill
with clean water.
Remove the water tank. Take
a small cup and remove some
of the water from the machine's
water basin. Reinsert the water
tank and make sure that it sits
properly.
Clean transducer.
Clean the water tank and reill
with clean water.
Remove the jet nozzle from the
top of the water tank and clean
with a damp cloth. Reattach to
the water tank.
Rinse the ilter by tap water
Keep the loater free
